Advancing our spiritual Life
The Discipleship Work Area has put together a wonderful series called ADVANCING OUR SPIRITUAL LIFE. We will reflect upon our spiritual life and the opportunities and means available to us to grow and deepen our faith. We have invited a variety of individuals of strong faith to share with us some of their own unique journey and experiences. You will be enriched by sharing some time and conversation with these folks who have lived out their faith in unique and meaningful ways that will both inspire and challenge you.

Christian believer continued....
Mikah Hudson will continue to lead his group through the Christian Believer series.
Christian Believer is a 30 week small group study of the Christian Faith. The course covers such doctrines as Divine Revelation, Biblical Authority, Atonement, Resurrection, and Eternal Life. While the course is theologically deep it is also oriented toward life application. The class time is a mixture of video presentation, lecture, and group discussion. We will use three main books; the bible, a small theological reader, and the study manual. This is a great opportunity to explore the depths of the Christian Faith in an open setting that emphasizes knowing God with heart and mind. Rev. Mikah Hudson has lead Christian Believer for over ten years and has learned something new and inspiring each year. This is a great class for all ages of adults who want to learn more about their faith and the faith of others. If you or your spouse are new to the Christian Faith and Methodism this is an excellent opportunity to find meaningful ways to communicate your faith to one another. If you are interested or want to learn don’t hesitate to call or email -Mikah Hudson.
Children's Offering
The Catechesis of the Good Shepherd is an approach to the religious formation of children that is rooted in the Bible, liturgy, and the educational principles of Maria Montessori. Children gather in an "atrium," a room prepared for them, which contains simple yet beautiful materials they use to help them absorb the most essential proclamations of the Christian faith.
During this session of Mid-Week the children will be immersing themselves in all the "atrium" has to offer.
