Service of repentance, confession, prayer, and imposition of ashes.  Services are at noon and 6:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary.

Rev. Marcus Singleton, guest preacher.

Pastor Marcus Singleton has served United Methodist Churches in Alabama and North Carolina leading them to live faithfully for Christ and serve their communities.  He believes the church is a living organism with a mandate to be fully alive, filled with hope and like Jesus focused on releasing the captives, helping the blind to see and setting the oppressed free.

Marcus completed his Master of Divinity degree from the Howard University School of Divinity.  He earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in English Education both from Bowie State University. In addition, Marcus honorably served in the United States Army.   

Pastor Singleton has a passion for preaching and connecting with people. His sole desire is that each of us submit our lives to Jesus Christ and grow in our faith and commitment to living the Great Commission, Matthew 28:18-20.
