Throwback! 📸 Fall 2000—and Highlands was deep in construction! We were in the midst of Connected by Faith, a capital campaign that transformed our campus by connecting the Sanctuary Building and Education Building with what was then a brand-new Greeting Space. It’s hard to imagine Highlands without this gathering place at the heart of our campus. More than just a construction project, Connected by Faith helped create a space where people could meet, worship, welcome one another, and grow together in faith. Twenty-six years later, the Greeting Space continues to do what our faith calls us to do: connect us to one another. #highlandsumc #lovegodandserveyourneighbor #connectedbyfaith #throwback #memories
